Era il 1949 quando Valentino Masolini fondava la sua azienda di calzature in provincia di Udine iniziando la sua attività riciclando materiali raccolti nelle caserme abbandonate dalla seconda guerra mondiale. Nel 2020, Nicola, quarta generazione, decide di ritornare alle origini dando vita ad un brand tutto in economia circolare, RE49. RE come recycle and return to 49. Ogni calzatura RE49 racconta una storia dei materiali di cui è realizzata interamente a mano e registrata in blockchain con NFT della stessa. It was 1949 when Valentino Masolini founded his footwear company in the province of Udine, starting his business by recycling materials collected in the barracks abandoned after the Second World War. In 2020, Nicola, fourth generation, decides to go back to his origins by giving life to a brand entirely in circular economy, RE49. RE come recycle and return to 49. Each RE49 shoe tells a story of the ‘reborn’ materials, completely handmade and registered in the blockchain with NFT of the same.
