The cornerstone of Reaching Wellness is Mindset Reset, a 12-week woman-led, woman-centered group focused on identifying strengths and stepping into our whole selves. We work together to make meaningful change through small, sustainable action. Together, we explore how to break negative patterns, heal our relationships with food and our bodies, and learn how to treat ourselves with the same kindness, grace, and care that we freely give to others. In this safe, non-judgmental space we break down diet culture and finally, FINALLY, call a truce with the war we wage against ourselves.
