ReadingWise is an R&D company in the field of literacy, languages and teaching. We create learning tools that the world desperately needs, and no one else is producing. That's why we have built probably the world's fastest, most effective literacy program - Tara Akshar. Tara Akshar has made 120,000 women literate in India. The course length is less than 2 months. Our employability programs are an essential adjunct to any vocational training. We train (mostly) below-poverty-line unemployed young people to not be shy, to communicate effectively, to work together in organisations, to learn how to learn, and all the other life skills that are essential to permanent employment. Our teacher training programs drag teachers out of their old-fashioned chalk-and-talk bad habits and retrain them on a whole battery of accelerated learning techniques and classroom strategies.
