The ambition was to create a law firm providing expertise at the highest levels and to achieve high quality results through both personal relationships with the clients and with a clear focus on the clients’ needs. We are an independent law firm focusing on real estate investments and have experience from the fields of Real Estate M&A, commercial rental law, construction and development projects, corporate law and corporate governance. We represent both public and private sector clients in complex transactions and advice boards and senior management. Through the combination of our cutting edge expertise and knowledge of the real estate business, we are able to add value to our clients’ business. Our ambition to have a personal relationship with our clients defines our approach. We (i) focus on complex cases that require the attention of our partners, (ii) maintain a lower associate/partner ratio than our competitors and (iii) limit the matters we undertake. We believe that this approach brings the best service and advice to our clients as well as attracts the most talented lawyers.
