HARPER also assists companies and individuals with relocation services adopting a bespoke approach with a human touch. Our aim is to transform what can often be a prolonged unsettling and stressful experience into one which addresses the technical issues expediently allowing clients to enjoy the exciting experience of living in a new country soon as possible. Selling: We have a strong international focus with a comprehensive and expanding database of clients actively looking for new investments. We also collaborate with locally based companies who employ staff from overseas and engage us to assist with relocation. As with traditional estate agents we offer a no obligation valuation service, however we go the extra mile, providing advice on how to dress the property in order to show off its maximum potential to prospective buyers and renters. Whilst we aim to maximize the number of viewings your property will have, we do our homework first, carefully analysing the suitability criteria of each potential buyer or renter.
