Real Estate Investment Solutions Group, LLC (REI-SG) is a Washington DC Metro based real estate investment firm. REI-SG a.k.a “The Real Estate Note Guys” makes investing in real estate notes easy for the average investor. REI-SG is part of the solution to the lingering bank mortgage lending crisis. We focus primarily on the acquisition of non performing notes (NPN’s) on residential and commercial properties all across the country. We minimize risk and maximize profits through joint venture arrangements. As a necessary adjunct to notes, acquired properties are either rehabbed and sold on the retail market, or sold wholesale to other investors. REI-SG is a privately funded organization working with private investors and private capital investors all across the country to help fund their purchases. A smaller boutique firm, we are primarily focused on one-offs and mini pools of NPN’s. We invest in both residential and commercial assets in most of the major markets across the United States. REI-SG’s objective is to leverage a solid yet flexible business framework that allows for growth. REIS has an investment appetite for all types of residential (SFR, MFR and condo) notes. On the commercial side, the firm is highly interested in apartments, self-storage, hotels, medical office, some retail, and mobile home parks of all classification, unit, and loan sizes.
