Thank You for Visiting my personal Real Estate Investing page, I designed this page to give a brief and to the point idea of what I do with Real Estate and Investing. Time to time I look for private Investors looking to get into Real Estate Investments. Pay is 10% to 14% on what you invest, usually with a 12 month prepayment penalty period so your guaranteed your return whether we keep the property as rental or use it as a flip property. I personally inspect all of the properties before buying them. My Background in Investing and General Contracting allows me the ability to repair the properties and know which ones are worth the investment. I do have times that we can do a split on profit if that fits the scenario a little better for the both of us. Most of the loan to Value of properties I try to find is 70% or below,this way it keeps us both safe. My sister Tiffany Johnson Wilson has been a Realtor all of her life and has a great track record in selling and locating Investment properties. I’ve been in the home investment business for 18 yrs so this is not a new venture. We will also purchase lots or properties that may have burnt down or that have been started but not completed, but have a really good price point,and most of the time have had all the impact fees already paid to build on the property. Some of the good Investment properties are selling the day they hit the market,so anyone that I partner with will have to understand the dynamics of time, Funds must be readily available and not have to go through bank financial procedures. I like working in the Charleston,Summerville,Isle of Palms,West Ashley,James island, Sullivan’s Island,Goose creek,Moncks Corner Areas, but have also purchased and turned properties in other states as well and will always entertain other areas for investing in Real estate.
