Real Legal Recruitment Ltd is a recruitment agency run and owned by John Fowle and Larissa Rea. John specializes in providing tailor-made solutions for law firms around the world. John's network is expansive, but his main markets are New York, Texas, Boston, and Chicago. Larissa is an ex-Clifford Chance lawyer who has since become an award-winning legal headhunter. She knows the legal market inside and out, and has been described by clients as "the go-to for our specialist recruitment needs". She is the "first one [clients] call when [they] need something done meticulously, quickly and with no fuss", and is tenacious with searches.
