In early 2006 we did a survey of mortgage brokers and agents in Ontario. We were interested in determining if they felt the broker industry had the right business models to address their own business needs. All the senior, experienced brokers we surveyed gave us the same feedback. Experienced veterans know how to run their businesses. They’ve spent years establishing methods of training their staff and designing marketing strategies that work for them. While newer brokers might be willing to pay higher fee and volume bonus splits for more support and services, experienced mortgage brokers simply want more cash in hand – to do with what they choose; be more rate competitive or recruit more producing agents. Real Mortgage Associates (RMA) was designed for this type of senior broker. RMA, based in Ontario, revolutionized the mortgage brokerage world by catering to the experienced mortgage professional. Agents & brokers working with RMA enjoy a low-cost. annual affiliation fee capped at only $9k. RMA is a member of the Broker One network.
