At REAL Services, we believe in the dignity of all people and are committed to helping individuals live with independence, purpose, and stability. We serve more than 30,000 older adults, individuals with disabilities, and low-income families across 12 counties in Northern Indiana each year. As an umbrella organization for over 20 programs, our services address four core areas: aging and disability support, education, nutrition, and financial self-sufficiency. From Meals on Wheels to Medicare Counseling, Options Counseling, Lunch n’ Learns, and Chronic Disease Management, our programs are designed to improve quality of life and provide meaningful, lasting support. REAL Services operates through three key divisions: Area Agency on Aging: Helps older adults maintain independence through services supported by the Older Americans Act. Community Action Agency: Empowers low-income individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency. Alzheimer’s & Dementia Services of Northern Indiana: Supports those living with memory loss and their caregivers. REAL Services proudly provides services without regard to race, age, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, or veteran status.
