Real Time Reception Ltd was founded in 2005 by Jennifer Spencer, a podiatrist in private practice, to provide remote reception services to fellow clinicians. Howard Hughes joined in 2006, coming from a business consultancy & healthcare background. From the beginning the business has catered for the health professions providing a first class, virtual reception service including a telephone answering service, and on-line appointment booking service to clinics all over the UK. We cater in the main to Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists, and Chiropractors, but any clinical appointment based practice will benefit from our services. We provide cover from 8am to 7pm ensuring calls are answered both before and after your own opening times, with a 24 /7 voicemail service included.
