RealtyMarkets is a full service real estate services company. We provide our real estate brokerage services through Century 21 New Millennium, one of the top Century 21 franchises in the world. Additionally, we are licensed auctioneers offering live and online auctions. Our online auctions are available on our website – RealtyMarkets.com or on our app available on iTunes and GooglePlay. Since 1990, our founder, Stephen Karbelk has been involved in the sale of all types residential and commercial real estate, including motels and hotels, office buildings, industrial and manufacturing facilities, multi-family complexes, shopping centers, development land, office/retail/warehouse condominiums, gas stations and c-stores, bank branches, restaurants, marinas, car wash and oil lube service centers, assisted living facilities, churches, car dealerships, and many other special purpose commercial properties. Stephen has also sold various types of commercial assets involved in complex sale situations, such as intellectual property, commercial equipment, receivables, the sale and assignment of commercial leases in bankruptcy and reorganization and the sale of operating businesses. Stephen graduated from George Mason University with BA, History and select MBA coursework and has served as an instructor at the Worldwide College of Auctioneering. Stephen has published over a dozen articles and has been a featured speaker at State and International Auction Conferences. Stephen lives in Ashburn, VA with his wife, Katie. His daughter, Samantha, attends the University of Central Oklahoma. Stephen Karbelk is affiliated with Century 21 New Millennium, Ashburn, Virginia.
