Founded in 1906, Realty & Mortgage Co. is a full service real estate company that manages approximately 6,000 apartment units, 2,000 condominium/cooperative units and 250,000 sq. ft. of commercial space throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Our portfolio includes market rate as well as affordable apartments, condominiums/ coops, office, retail and industrial properties.
