We have been providing employee experience surveys and 360 degree feedback to our clients since 2005. In 2017 we set about building our own survey platform as we saw a need to enable HR to add more value to the business by using technology to increase the efficiency and speed of running employee surveys. Our expertise focusses on two key areas: 1. Employee Experience Surveys Our employee survey platform allows us to deploy employee experience surveys. The web-based dashboard on our platform provides users with continuous real-time access to their survey data. 2. 360 degree feedback 360 degree feedback is the most cost-effective tool when it comes to enabling culture change, much more so than 'training'. Our survey platform allows us to deploy tailored 360 degree feedback questionnaires. We work with clients across a wide range of sectors and in organisations of all different sizes. We also support other consultants who need to deliver an employee experience survey or 360 degree feedback solution to their own clients. We are a small consultancy, which means we are much more responsive and flexible in our approach.
