Quality First…..SEAHAWK’s division Reaux Corporation has extensive experience molding rubber medical device components. We focus on precision molding and tight tolerance and with many components can mold virtually flash free parts. We work with your team to develop materials specific to your application. Materials can be compounded that hold up to hemolysis and cytotoxicity testing, implantable grade, and FDA approved materials. Our CNC machining capabilities allow us to manufacture precision inserts for your over-molded medical components. We also work with you to develop tooling for most components. This enables us to provide a one stop shop for your molded component requirements. Quality is our focus. We are ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485 certified. We perform standard first article inspection and 100% inspection per customer request. Our molding process can hold dimensional tolerances to 1% or .002 depending on the configuration of the part and .002 x .10 flash extension. Tolerances may be able to be held tighter depending on the configuration of the part and flash tolerances can be improved using secondary operations such as cryogenic de-flashing.
