About Rebalance with Hazel
After many years in the corporate world and experiencing chronic illnesses I realised how much the stressful, busy, relentless corporate environment creates burnt out and perpetuates chronic illnesses. I support individuals to help prevent and manage symptoms before they burn out. I run work workshops for organisations on recognising and managing the signs of stress before it becomes a problem.
