A Darwin based practice, with many of us proudly being long-term Territorians, with decades of experience, we are invested in our work and genuinely care deeply about the people who come to meet with us. 🌅 As warm, welcoming Social Workers, registered Counsellors & Psychologists, we provide high quality, professional counselling services, assisting people with most aspects of relational, emotional and mental wellbeing. We are willing to provide in-depth, longer-term therapy with people who wish to understand themselves at a much deeper level. To gently and courageously investigate what makes you you. To look at where you have come from, where your family has come from, connect the dots and provide the opportunity to bring about a cohesive sense of belonging, strength in who you are and or a clearer direction for moving forward. Through a real connection we aim to leave you with lasting transformation through increased awareness of multiple facets; self, spirit, body, emotions, thoughts, family, work, values, meaning, purpose, connection, relationships and responsibility. Ultimately, what it means to be human and to make the most of this life we live. Whether you meet with us for three sessions or thirty, we will bring our best selves to accept you for everything you are and attentively work with you, one step at a time. Rebecca Lowe, the group practice owner, loves the Territory; the place and people it is made of. She has strong connections to Arnhem Land, having grown up in Nhulunbuy (Gove). It is 40+ years and counting, having lived and worked in the Top End. Originally from the waters of Narrm Narrm (Port Philip Bay) with time also spent across regions of Queensland. It is the Top End which is remaining home.
