I am a human behaviour specialist and I help people uncover, unlearn and relearn new mindset patterns for sustainable mindset growth. My teaching includes identifying basic human behavioural traits that give you an understanding of why you think, behave and react the way you do and giving you practical sustainable strategies to master your mind and regulate your emotions. With over two decades of personal development experience including a background in educational psychology, I am trained and certified as an Emotional Intelligence coach and more recently in the Neuro Change method - groundbreaking evidence based personal development programmes focusing on adapt, recover and emerge happier and back in control of your life. My experience as a CEO, mindset and business coach and training in the Neurochange method has allowed me to develop an approach and set of tools that are practical and sustainable. My approach looks to internal challenges, and your unconscious patterns for the source of your behavioural patterns – releasing any triggers and old beliefs and rewiring new conscious patterns.
