We employ a range of methods to facilitate behavioural change. These methods span the rational, physical & intuitive parts of you. Because the driver to change lies there, not only in your head, but mostly in your body & gut. Most of our company client questions are around developing leadership skills, managing transition, and/or changing aspects of the culture. In terms of outcomes, clients talk most about the growth of each individual, the connection between employees & the perceived change in the workplace. It was founded by Lian Ka Tjoa, former consultant, CEO & coach, Sandra Walthes, Learning & Development specialist, and Arnout Vos, theoretical physicist, teacher, strategy consultant & coach.
