The majority of these airframes however have flown less than 10,000 hours making them ideal candidates for refurbishment. Reborn Aviation is a British company created to do exactly that. REBORN The Reborn concept breathes new life and 21st Century technology into these wonderful machines, making them fit for purpose well beyond 2025. Lighter, faster, greener, cleaner and quieter, these virtually new aircraft retain all the best qualities of the original but enhanced and updated. Reborn strips away virtually every component, strengthens and corrosion proofs the airframe, then rebuilds with new parts, a new interior, and then adds a modern paint scheme. This is then complimented by a Factory Lycoming engine and the latest Garmin avionics. A new “Reborn” Warrior costs just 60% of the price of a brand new aircraft. It comes with a 12 month “Nose to Tail” Warranty programme, a finance package to suit most owner’s budgets and impeccable environmental credentials.
