This platform was created to help others reclaiming their personal and professional wellbeing. Through curated workshops, Reclaim & Reauthor is a coaching and mentorship platform that offers tools to navigate personal and professional growth and wellbeing. It is a space where transformation is possible, where the past informs but does not dictate, and where individuals have the freedom to define their own legacy. Our Approach We believe in an integrative and holistic life coaching approach. This approach to coaching emphasizes the interconnectedness of all aspects of a person’s life, including mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
