Recogmission is a UK and Russian based technology company focused on the development of a new kind of intelligent search engine system called Picollator. Recogmissions core belief is that the more people know about a subject through texts, images, videos and audio results, the higher their level of satisfaction. Recogmisson believes that text and page rank alone is an insufficient metric in which to deliver the best and most relevant search result as consumers very often have different search requirements. Picollator therefore has been developing algorithms that when combined with pattern recognition and artificial neural networking delivers a search solution that harnesses all digital content independent of tags to deliver the most relevant and exciting universal search result. Picollator Search is unlocking the web by providing consumers with a tool for complete web search, content identification and digital content discovery. As well as focusing on internet search Recogmission has also developed a suite of related internet services including an automated image search and indexing application for consumers desktops (PiHome), an automated adult content filters for ISP’s and social web sites (PiFilter) and a content targeting text free ad solution for web Publishers (PiAd). Currently Recogmissions runs a beta search product at www.picollator.com that allows users to search query with images and/or text to achieve the most relevant search outcome.
