THE RAW DATA YOU NEED The RECON™ product line addresses a very important need in the oil and gas industry by providing the raw data required for Big Data Analysis with expertise to implement procedures and algorithms to effectively use the data. This improves overall efficiency and optimizes drilling operations. TRACK FOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE The downhole industry is traditionally very poor at administering preventative maintenance to its products due to the highly variable downhole environments and the varying operational practices between customers. As such, RECON devices provide accurate data on all runs, so it is possible to pre-emptively repair or remove equipment from service to avoid a failure. EFFECTIVELY TRACK & CHARGE BACK Revenues collected for rental equipment are typically done using the honour system where financial collections based on usage are reported by the customer to the vendor, and the customer pays the amount for which the tool was used. The RECON™ products record usage time and thus provides checks and balances to ensure customers report honest and appropriate tool usage. CRITICAL DATA FOR R&D VALIDATION New oilfield equipment is constantly being designed or improved; however, for most downhole systems, there are no resources available to collect high-resolution downhole data for product development and R&D purposes. You can use RECON™ products to validate new technology, as our products provide critical data for analysis on test runs.
