It uses natural and herbal medicines, therapies and resources, diet and lifestyle improvement to help prevent and cure a disease. It is a traditional medicine which has been in practice for more than 3000 years. It gained worldwide popularity in the last two decades and numerous scientific works have been done and are ongoing. It takes the concept of bio individuality to another level. It understands that not all individuals are the same. What works for some may not work on others even under the same condition. It is a part of everyone’s daily routine all either intentionally or as a habit. When we follow these routines as discussed with a trained professional, one can both prevent or subside the disease.
