About Recovery in Gaming

We’re a small group of recovering alcoholics and addicts who work in the gambling industry. We’d like to share our experience, strength and hope with the wider gaming community to help those in need through a traditional 12 Step Program of Recovery. From our experience of alcoholism and addiction, industry conferences and events can be difficult times for people in recovery. We will publicise recovery meetings and community get togethers for people in need of support at events and we'll hold virtual meetings throughout the year. We are planning to hold our first meetings at SBC Lisbon on Sept 16/17/18 2025 and we will follow up with meetings at iGaming Next, G2E and other industry get togethers.
