Since its launch in 2021, RecruiterMom has delivered talent placement of highly technical and hard-to-fill roles quicker, less stressful and at a fraction of staffing agency costs. Today, RecruiterMom enables hiring managers to achieve hiring goals by offering real-time recruiting metrics, job market trends, competitor analysis, tailored job descriptions and qualified pool of candidates within a quick turnaround. The founder Lucy is keen on elevating the human experience throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle for all parties involved. Her philosophy is that grit sprinkled with curiosity, honesty, respect and kindness wins every time. She spent several years co-hosting LinkedIn Local events in Orange County to connect professionals committed to adding value to the humans behind the LinkedIn profiles. During COVID, she relocated her family to Arizona and gave birth to her daughter while purposely stepping away from her corporate recruiting job to ease into motherhood. During that time Lucy received several freelance recruiting inquiries from business owners within her network. She quickly launched RecruiterMom and began her freelance recruiting journey. Our vision is to inspire women who strife to gracefully balance their professional careers and motherhood. Our mission is to elevate the human experience with every hire.
