Recruiting Integrity is a recruiting and staffing firm that services all levels of Accounting, Finance and Human Resources related positions from CFOs to Accounting Operations professionals in the Greater Seattle Area. The founding idea behind this company is to provide a professional staffing service where integrity was the driving force of business policy instead of a quota that drives a recruiter to pursue his or her individual interests over what was best for the candidate or client. It has always been my experience that if you are genuine with people, if you show them that you really care about how you are impacting their lives, and if you treat them the way you would want to be treated if the roles were reversed, then you develop more than business contacts – you develop partnerships. This practice doesn’t always yield the highest short term financial return for our business, but it builds great long term relationships based on trust, accountability, honesty and a desire to truly add value for each other, and that builds great long term business. The consistent use of these values as guides is what drives our mission: to recruit with integrity and to recruit those who have integrity.
