TeamLease has been offering the RPO (Recruitment process outsourcing process ) for BFSI, IT, Services, Pharma Manufacturing and other industries for over 4 years. Below are the offerings in detail. A. Enterprise RPO (ERPO) The enterprise RPO services aims at the total outsourcing of Recruitment and it’s allied practices to a single vendor who manage the entire Process. ERPO would span out for over 2 year of engagement and would have the benefit of Cost saving, Employer Branding, Vendor Management, and Referral Management. The various aspects of ERPO are as follows B. Project RPO Typically project RPO kicks in for one off requirement either for large hiring on Project mode or could be PAN India or Niche hiring for a Business unit or other specific needs. Project RPO essentially take care of large spikes and act as a plug and play model to address adhoc requirements. The Essentials of Project RPO are as similar to ERPO in terms of operation but the same is for a shorter duration and specific to the need. C. Process RPO Recruitment is laborious process and the same is well recognised by TeamLease RPO. Process RPO aims as minimising the operational redundancy and improvement of process efficiencies which could bring immense relief to the recruitment process. The various offering in Process RPO are as follows (POFU) - Post offer Follow up (manual and automated) (ITO) - Interview to On-boarding Process Management (IDC) – Internal Database Churn for better utilisation of resumes D. (ROD) - Recruiter On Demand ROD is typical deployment of Recruiter for a stipulated timeframe and a plug and play model. The quality of resource is assured and the replacement of the resource in case of any exigency is the responsibility of TeamLease. In this model TeamLease will not take any SLA’s or responsibility for the recruiter’s performance as the supervision and delegation of work will be from Clients end.
