Recruitment Solutions (NW) is an independent owner/managed business – driven by a desire to offer the highest of standards both to clients and candidates. The founder members of the company have all held senior positions elsewhere with the industry and can boast a wide and in-depth experience of different clients and cultures and are motivated to offer the type of service which will make clients and candidates come back or refer a friend. We operate two major divisions across a range of staff specialising in the recruitment of candidates for Accounts, Finance, Administration and Customer Service. We supply immediately available, permanent and contract staff at all levels of salary. We offer excellent terms and conditions for both clients and candidates and are a fully fledged member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). Our two main recruitment divisions comprise Commerce & Industry and the Public Sector. We have a wide and in depth range of experience in our teams and are confident dealing with companies from small to large. We are also able to source candidates for Public Practice across audit, book keeping and taxation. Geographically we are happy to consult with clients and candidates throughout the Lancashire towns and within the Greater Manchester area. Out central base in Rochdale does not preclude us from visiting and our recently refurbished offices are ready to welcome you.
