Our products are handmade using seasonal, natural and preservative free ingredients. From ready-to-heat and serve soups, to curries and classic favourites the whole family will love, we’ve covered it all. Most of our menu items are snap frozen unless indicated and packaged for convenient re-heating in lock-safe containers. Perfect for dinners at home as well as lunches on the go. With over 20 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, Ronnie Morshead established Red Sage Catering in 2002. She and her team of chefs are passionate about creating beautifully presented, imaginative food that is a delight to both the taste buds and the eye. Based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Ronnie has developed a unique style of canapé design. Ronnie loves the freedom of stand-up eating and the idea of a degustation of bite-sized morsels.
