RSP is a community, which aims to enable the success of women across different walks of life. We invite Enablers and Mentees to join our community if you are keen on giving or receiving support. If you are someone who is looking to get back to work, or launch a start-up; if you are in a career change dilemma or stuck in your current job; join RSP as a Mentee and we will work with you to take it to the next level. If you are someone who is passionate about helping other women and are wondering how to pay it forward to those who need your help, join RSP as an Enabler and we will connect you to those who are looking for your help. If you are an organization who is looking to build your diversity and inclusion agenda, or host an event that aims to develop women, write to RSP to work on the right strategy with you. RSP was co-founded by Soumee De and Sharon Saldanha in Singapore. Equipped with more than 14 years of experience, each, in Human Resources roles across several markets in Asia Pacific region, they have hands on experience in leading and shaping the diversity and inclusion agenda in their careers. As a leadership coach and faculty, an experienced recruiter, a senior HR business partner, an industry expert in the region, they are keen to contribute their experiences to the development of the community.
