About RedClay Design

RedClay PLLC, Design+Development is a small personable company that combines multiple disciplines into a single streamlined point of contact. Founded in 2008 RedClay combines its principle’s over 25 years of cumulative and diverse experience into a single resource for our clients. RedClay has created a specific niche in Historic Rehabilitation and Redevelopment. With a heavy focus on historic rehab projects, RedClay is able to locate, analyze, document, preserve and reuse our historical buildings. Often abandoned, forgotten and even in a state of dilapidation within a community, RedClay can see the value in the history of these structures and how then can be transformed into a new use, and once again become a integral and viable part of the community which they have represented. Red Clay PLLC is about preserving & giving the community back its history. We recognize that history is part of and belongs to the community, not individuals or a company. Whether it be from assisting in locating possible project sites or end uses, to existing conditions analysis and documentation, historical research, completing National Register Consulting, architectural designs, or working with clients to take advantage of available Tax Credits; RedClay is able to encompass all of steps of an Historical Rehab project either in house or through the assistance of consultants we work directly with. This single point of contact approach allows us to provide a streamlined system for our clients.
