On the other side of the token, historically, the best hedge against inflation, prime commercial real estate, is: - Inaccessible with its 125k+ minimum tickets; - Illiquid, with its 5-10 year mandatory holding periods; - Complicated, requiring months to close a single deal. So far, prime, yield-generating commercial real estate investments have only been the playground of the top few. That should not be the norm. And here's the solution. We build a prime, rent-generating commercial real estate portfolio and issue Redcurry against it, linking Redcurry's value directly to the portfolio's Net Asset Value (NAV). That gives holders the benefits of prime real estate investments. We follow those three simple principles: To keep Redcurry safe, we primarily invest in properties purpose-built for some of the biggest companies in the world and covered by extended, inflation-adjusted lease agreements. To make Redcurry stable, we keep the assets in the portfolio using Original Acquisition Value (OAV). As we don't inflate the prices during market booms, we don't need to devalue them during downturns. To make Redcurry grow, we don't take out the rent earned but reinvest it to buy more property.
