Redefine Life was founded in 2013 by Natalie Wild with a simple yet powerful vision: to make mental health support more accessible, affordable and adaptable for all. Nat saw the gaps in traditional mental health services — the long waitlists, the high costs, the rigid one-size-fits-all systems that left too many people without the help they needed. For Nat, the vision was never just about expanding services, she was driven to create a system that genuinely worked for the people who needed support the most. That’s why she founded Redefine Life. To break down barriers and make mental health care affordable, accessible and truly human-centered. She believed that no one should have to face life’s challenges alone and that support should be there when people need it, not months down the line. From the very beginning, Redefine Life has been built on compassion, adaptability and a deep commitment to change. Through our Low Cost Counselling Program, we make sure quality support is available to anyone, regardless of their financial situation. Our Partnered Counsellors offer long-term care at standard industry rates, supporting NDIS clients and corporate EAP programs. And at the heart of everything we do is a holistic, strengths-based approach, helping people not just cope, but truly thrive. But we’re not stopping here. Redefine Life is constantly growing — finding new ways to bring mental health support into everyday life and ensure that no one feels alone in their struggles.
