Redefined Fitness Studio is a dream that became a reality for owner and founder Sarah. A passion for people and fitness, Sarah decided to share with her hometown a workout method that changed not only her body, but also her mind. As a high-school athlete and gym junkie, Sarah had probably tried every workout method there was, or so she thought. However nothing had ever enraptured her like Lagree. After her first class she was humbled and hooked, it was the only workout that challenged her mentally and physically. This high-intensity, low impact workout focuses on muscular endurance and strength by maximizing time under tension. It helps increase balance, flexibility, cardio and strength with little to no impact. Why is it named Redefined? For Sarah, the Lagree Method redefined exercise for her it broke all traditional guidelines for what she believed was necessary for a good workout. Where most classes focus on as many reps as possible and as fast as possible this is the opposite it all about slow, controlled movements. She opened the studio with the goal of helping everyone who walked through the door redefine their mindset around fitness. Get in shape, Love the Process. She wants her studio to be somewhere you come because you want to better yourself not to change the way you look.
