As an independent real estate capital markets advisor and merchant bank, Redimere leverages its decades of experience in sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing complex commercial transactions on behalf of real estate owners and sponsors. Redimere Advisors LLC was founded in 2018 by former JPMorgan and UBS Senior Investment Banker Steven Mastrovich after a 40 year banking and legal career. Mr. Mastrovich has advised on over $20 billion of capital markets transactions, private placements and fund formation projects and maintains CEO/CIO level relationships with and access to some of the world's largest institutional investors, family offices, real estate operators, companies and sponsors. Redimere was founded on the "client first" principle to avoid the conflicts and misalignment of interest that can arise at the bulge bracket firms. Redimere will take on a select number of mandates where it can deliver "high touch" service to clients. Redimere will not take on competing mandates nor projects that will conflict with or compromise the client's interests. Redimere is laser focused on value creation and execution and will limit the number of assignments it takes on in order to be highly responsive and available to the client.
