About Redline Legal

Redline Legal (RDL) was founded in June 2020 by Abhimanyu Baheti, an alumnus of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (NUJS) and Pulkit Chandak, an alumnus of the Government Law College, Mumbai (GLC). In the midst of the global pandemic caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, Abhimanyu and Pulkit joined forces to set up their law practice. Inauspicious times often lead to auspicious partnerships and today, we are a fully operational team working out of 2 offices in New Delhi and Kolkata. While our offices are situated in 2 locations, our clients are drawn from all around the country, with whom we have successfully built long-term and meaningful relationships in the very short period of our existence. Our name is derived from the industry-wide practice of 'redlining' legal documents to showcase changes and / or corrections made therein. Our motto is to 'redline' cost-intensive and unnecessary legal practices by adopting a pragmatic and solution-driven approach to problem-solving for our clients. In our experience, simplifying the law and making it less intimidating for our clients is the cornerstone of building sustainable client relationships. Further, we have made a concerted effort towards streamlining client expenditure by minimizing 'time spillage' and producing top-notch legal work at rates which are not burdensome to our clients.
