Redline Technology Group is a bespoke IT company specialising in small to medium sized companies. When we decided to start Redline, we didn’t want to assume anything. Mostly, we didn’t want to start by thinking we knew it all and therefore we knew what our potential clients wanted. So we asked our first few clients a very simple question: What do you really want in an IT provider? The answers were surprising simple. It means we’ve developed all our systems, processes and fulfilment ideas around answering those 5 key answers.
