Reduzer exists because the construction industry needs hard data, not greenwashing slogans. Founded in 2021 and incubated at NTNU and DTU, our mission is to accelerate sustainable construction by giving every builder, architect, developer and consultant the ability to make low‑carbon decisions early. Our dynamic BIM integration plugs directly into your model, mapping elements to materials with a Speckle plugin so you avoid doing the same calculations twice. Want to tweak energy sources, waste assumptions or service life? Go wild – every parameter is adjustable. Under the hood you get a curated EPD library with global, company and personal collections, complete with Reduzer Value Information cards that spell out environmental impact and end‑of‑life scenarios. Our ready‑made report templates cover all major environmental schemes, and you can flip between BREEAM, EU‑Taxonomy, TEK17 and more without redoing the work. Need your own benchmark? Create a custom sub‑scheme and compare it against standard targets. We know that sustainability is a team sport. Reduzer lets you collaborate on live projects, invite stakeholders inside or outside your company, share reports or entire projects, and even sync BIM models via the cloud.
