Reef Cakes were created out of a desire for lighter, less rich version of a crab cake. As we tried different fish, we realized the wonderful possibilities and flavors each type of fish lends. Not only were we finding that we could create all flavors including Asian style and Caribbean jerk, but we could also add various toppings to complement and enhance the experience.
