Reef Property Consultants was founded by Dick Anstee and Gareth Anstee in 1999 and is based in the South of Johannesburg. Our area of expertise is primarily in the industrial property market, however we have extensive knowledge in the office and retail property sectors. Gareth is the Principal of the company, who has in excess of 30 years of experience and has an extensive knowledge in the various fields pertaining to the property industry. The foundation and success of the company can be attributed to the fact that each broker concentrates on a particular area thus resulting in an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the local area and market. Each broker is then able to build and maintain personal and individual relationships with each respective Landlord and Tenant. Reef Property Consultants are registered with the PPRA and is a panellist of Rode and Associates. The areas that we specifically concentrate on include all areas within the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, along “the M2 strip”, through to the West Rand and the Southern areas of Johannesburg.
