About Reel Fishing Roasters

RFR Coffee is a coffee brand founded on a passion for the outdoors and the love of fishing for a father and his two sons. Marvin raised his two boys, Matt and Doug, in the outdoors and on the water. It was during these times together on the water and in the woods that Matt and Doug developed their passion for all things outdoors, but especially fishing. Both Matt and Doug would go on to become Merchant Mariners after attending the United States Merchant Marine Academy, and only further ingrained their love for the water and the sport of fishing. This time at Kings Point and their time in the Maritime Industry also curated their taste and appreciation for coffee. Born from the family’s passion for fishing, and from their love of great coffee, RFR has grown out of the crossroads where these two passions meet. We hope that our coffee meets you with incredible quality, all while drawing you to great memories, past, and present, that have been made on the water while fishing together with family and friends.
