After graduating from the University of Washington, we began our careers together at a large recruiting firm learning and implementing the fundamentals of recruiting. Craving more impact, we joined a 3-person boutique firm in its earliest stages where we spent 12+ years developing new search strategies and leading the end-to-end recruitment process.
