Reeleaf provides grant management solutions, i.e. solutions for organisations who wish to make successful use of subsidies and funds to fund activities. We have broad experience in a wide range of European funding schemes, and are specialised in the management of the structural funds programmes ESF and ERDF, including Interreg (A, B and C strands) and Community programmes, such as Life, Creative Europe and the EU Civil Protection Mechanism. The focus of our growing team of advisors is in particular on the financial and process management of European funded programmes and projects. We support and relieve our clients in all stages of the life cycle of a programme or project. Starting with the development of a project idea, partner search and programme identification, we provide targeted support for the preparation of project funding applications. During project implementation, we support our clients in the project management and coordination to allow them to focus on activities and results while we keep the administrative and financial management on track, whether it is reporting or first level control. In addition, we offer advice, training or coaching in relation to the management of EU funded programmes or projects.
