About Rees Commercial

Rees Commercial is the new and improved Rees Development that everyone has known over the past 32 years. We at Rees Commercial are always thinking of ways to adapt in our ever changing market and stay ahead of the curve. In the past, Rees Development focused primarily in its development efforts. We changed our name to Rees Commercial for several reasons but the main reason was so that general public wouldn't categorize us as only a development firm. We want to increase production in the other facets of the business and we needed a name that is more general in terms of services offered. Rees Commercial will continue to develop and construct commercial projects but we will also be focusing on increasing our property management contracts, tenant representation and property listing efforts. In the next 5 years we plan to grow our business substantially while maintaining our quality of work and efficiency.
