Reporting faults has long been a challenging process for both tenants and housing providers. Our Refectio app has been developed to allow tenants to use their phone or tablet to report a fault 24/7. Updates will be sent to them when the report has bee sent and read. The housing provider will receive the report into their dedicated inbox and can manage the fault whenever and however they wish. Refectio will send reminders if the fault report has not been read - after all, we are all humans and can forget things easily. Gone are the days of sticky notes flying round the office because of an open window. Instead, you can rest assured that all faults will be stored centrally, there is proof of when faults were reported, or not, and you won't have to face awkward conversations (as often!).
