About Reflect Martial Arts - CKD

Reflect Martial Arts was established by Kirsty Dickson. Kirsty started her training in Choi Kwang Do at The Cassar Academy of Choi Kwang Do in Morden where she was awarded her Chief Instructor Certification in 2010. In September 2014 she completed her school owner certification and opened Reflect Martial Arts. Over the last decade, Kirsty has been lucky enough to attend many International Seminars and win trophies in global CKD events. She also had the opportunity in 2017 of visiting CKD Headquarters and training with Grandmaster Choi - the founder of the art. In February 2025, Kirsty was Graded by the Founder and promoted to the rank of Oh Dan (Master) Black Belt Choi Kwang Do is an efficient, easy-to-learn self defence program with a spotlight on fitness, health and well being, look no further! At Reflect Martial Arts, students of all ages and abilities enjoy a healthy, productive and effective Martial Arts' program that tones, conditions and strengthens the body from head to toe. Not only that but Choi Kwang Do is a self-defence system that uses modern day advances in science to improve the mechanics of body movements. Through the use of sequential movement to transfer energy, naturally, and allows muscle groups to work intricately together to produce the most effective and powerful movements whilst minimising the risk of injury and promoting optimum health and longevity. Classes run in Hammersmith and Fulham throughout the week
