About Reflections Lifestyle Center
Reflections is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides meaningful treatment to adolescents in middle and high school (ages 11-18) at The Colony and adults at Plano suffering with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. The Colony location is the first Behavioral Health Lifestyle Medicine adolescent treatment facility in North Texas. Our specialized treatment provides a safe and therapeutic environment focused on restoring tween/teen lifestyle balance and harmony. The mindfulness program is uniquely tailored through didactics and movement to improve the health and wellness of each client. Our facility in The Colony captures a modern youth aesthetic with transitional seating and vibrant décor that facilitates positive social connection and improved self esteem. Our new adult facility in Plano brings the same energy with the additional benefit of connection to Prime Psychiatry for the full outpatient continuum. The Colony location is right off the tollway, and is easily accessible. The Plano location is at Chapel Hill across the road from Willow Bend mall. We compliantly provide transportation services to our patients for both locations.
