About Refuel

Refuel is an original concept, founded in Berlin, that brings together fitness with instrumental music in beautiful surroundings. Each experience is carefully designed to bring movement in sync with the music. Refuel fitness programmes focus on building strength and endurance, using the power of kickboxing and functional-led exercises. During the summer you can find Refuel sessions in the park or at the beach, in the colder seasons we offer Refuel in a number of locations, and can come to you to run sessions at your retreat, office, school or even at your home. Refuel can also be planned as regular sessions for employees, as part of a team building event, or a series of 1-1 sessions can also be offered for employees to take advantage of.
