About Refugee Pathways and Integration Canada Parcours et Intégration des Réfugiés Canada
Refugee Pathways and Integration Canada Inc. (RefPIC) (Corporation #1612970-6; Charity #766957625RR0001) is a federally incorporated nonprofit and registered Canadian charity committed to advancing protection, opportunity, and dignity for refugees, displaced persons, and host communities both in Canada and worldwide. We bring more than 25 years of frontline and executive-level humanitarian experience to our work, drawing on global frameworks such as the 1951 Refugee Convention, the Global Compact on Refugees, the Comprehensive Refugee Response Framework, and the Sustainable Development Goals. Our approach is anchored in the humanitarian–development–peace nexus, ensuring that immediate protection needs are met while laying foundations for long-term resilience and integration. In Canada, we provide specialized integration services that complement government programming, including affordable housing assistance, legal and documentation support, economic mobility pathways for skilled refugees (EMPP), mental health and psychosocial support, and orientation services to promote belonging and participation in Canadian society. Internationally, we deliver full-spectrum humanitarian programming, including emergency shelter, WASH, food distribution, health and nutrition, education at all levels, civilian protection, and sustainable energy solutions. We work in partnership with governments, UN agencies, civil society, and the private sector to deliver results that are accountable, rights-based, and impact-driven.
